We offer a private client portal for approved customers to place repeat orders for pre-approved garments hassle-free.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal login details.
Authorisation: Any order placed through your private portal is deemed an authorised purchase by your organisation.
Updates: We reserve the right to update the garment selection or pricing within your portal based on stock availability and supplier costs.
3. Payments and Security
We provide two secure methods of payment:
Stripe: Payments processed via Stripe are secure. We do not store your full card details.
Bank Transfer (BACS): For orders paid via bank transfer, production will only commence once funds have cleared in our business bank account. Please use your Order Number as the reference.
4. Custom Orders and Artwork Approval
The customer is responsible for ensuring all logos, spelling, and artwork are correct. Once a digital mockup is approved or a portal order is submitted, Crozier Workwear cannot be held liable for errors in the original branding instructions provided.
5. Returns and Cancellations
In accordance with UK Law, personalised or branded items cannot be returned or refunded unless the garment is physically faulty. Non-customised items may be returned within 14 days in original, unworn condition.
6. Changes to Website and Availability
We may update content or suspend access for maintenance at any time. Product availability on our catalogue sites is subject to change based on supplier stock.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and designs on this site are owned by or licensed to Crozier Workwear. You may not use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
8. Liability
We are not liable for business interruptions, loss of profits, or any issues arising from third-party payment gateways or courier delays.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
